Parties
The website www.gameslore.com (the “Website”) is a site operated by Games Lore Ltd, company number 04162835, (the “Seller”), whose registered address is at The Laurels, Stars Lane, Cold Hatton, Telford, TF6 6PZ, United Kingdom. The Seller’s VAT number is GB 775825289. The Buyer is the person stated as Buyer in the Order (the “Buyer”). The Seller supplies the Products (“Products”) listed on the Website.
These conditions of sale constitute, together with the Order and the Order Confirmation, the total contractual basis for the purchase (the “Agreement”).
Prices
The prices referred to in the Website include VAT at the appropriate UK VAT rate, but exclude delivery cost. Information about the total amount to be paid by the Buyer, including delivery costs, and the purchase specification of each element of the total price, is given in the order (“Order”) before payment is made. Where you are outside of the UK the appropriate VAT calculations at your local rate and delivery costs including customs fees where you are inside the EU will be shown instead. For customers outside the UK and EU jurisdictions any local taxes and duties will be payable to your local authorities before delivery is made and are not included in the price.
Entering Into The Agreement
The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the Order electronically. All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. As the acknowledgement of receipt is not acceptance of the Order, the Seller will confirm such acceptance to the Buyer by sending an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been despatched (the “Shipping Confirmation”). The Buyer shall review the Shipping Confirmation for any non-compliance with the Order both in terms of numbers, type of Product, price etc. Any discrepancy between the Order and the Shipping Confirmation shall be reported to the Seller as soon as reasonably possible either by clicking the contact us button Contact Us or by calling the Seller on 03300 245641 / 01952 587068.
Seller cannot be held liable for and is not bound by writing or typing errors occurring in the communication with the Buyer.
Seller reserves the right to cancel an order or a part of an order if the Product is out of stock. If out of stock, the Seller can choose to offer the Buyer information about alternative Products. The Seller reserves the right to cancel Orders made by Buyers acting in the course of trade.
In order to be able to shop at gameslore.com, the Buyer must be over 18.
Payment
The Seller accepts payment with MasterCard, Visa and Paypal. The Seller will charge the Buyer’s debit or credit card when the Order is placed. The Seller may decline the Buyer’s Order if the payment through the Buyer’s debit or credit card is declined.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address stated in the Order Confirmation. The Buyer chooses the method of delivery from the choices offered upon of ordering.
The time of delivery will depend on the Buyer’s chosen method of delivery and will be subject to the delivering companies schedule. If more than one Product is ordered, the Seller reserves the right to send the Products in separate shipments.
Guarantee
Games Lore Ltd guarantees, to the best of our ability, to ensure that the product you receive will be complete and fit for it's intended use. If this is not the case then you have up to 14 days from the day after you received the product to return it to us for a full refund. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage to Games Lore Ltd. You may contact us via email at Sales or in writing to Paul Bryant, Games Lore Ltd, Unit B Halesfield 20, Telford, TF7 4QU, United Kingdom, and we will attempt to rectify the situation with you.
Your Rights
You have the right to cancel your order with us, this can be done up to 14 days from the day after the goods are received by you. In the event of cancellation you must notify us either by email to Sales or in writing to Paul Bryant, Games Lore Ltd, Unit B Halesfield 20, Telford, TF7 4QU, United Kingdom. You must return the product to us at the address shown. We will return the cost of the product within 30 days of notice of cancellation and after receipt of your return. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage, where we arrange collection with Parcelforce we will pass on the cost of that collection to you.
Note that Business to Business transactions do not enjoy the same rights under the Distance Selling Regulations or the EU's Consumer Rights Directive.
The terms of this contract do not affect your statutory rights.
Dispute Resolution
If we have been unable to resolve a dispute with you then you may wish to contact an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) service such as The Retail Ombudsman, note that although they can make recommendations their judgements are not binding on us.
