The Tools of Conspiracy are in Your Hands... In this game by Illuminati designer Steve Jackson, you explore who's really doing what, to whom, and why... and how they are keeping it secret. Each player takes turns acting as the Judge to read a card outlining a conspiracy. Then, the other players choose from their own cards, competing to create the wildest, silliest, or most believable theory. It's fun for everyone show knows there's more than meets the eye - now you get to decide what's behind these stories.
