Bringing freedom and justice to a fractious land can be tricky. The Shattered City Factor Cards give you and your players everything you need to keep track of this journey. 48 poker cards illustrate the locations, power blocs and intrigue at play in your city, with space provided on each of them customize them to fit your own campaign. Spreading out the cards allows you to quickly and easily show what’s at stake and who’s involved in any given conflict.
