Cue the adventurers hired by Burgess to go into the house and fulfill the final steps required to seal the deal.
In this horror/mystery adventure for 5e, the characters must play a ghastly game to find and dispel cursed objects. And, like any game created by your unfriendly neighbourhood, necromancer, there are no rules.
This DnD one-shot for Level 3 characters can be run as a stand-alone game, or for the busy/lazy DM, as a time saver to drop into your campaign.
