The Battle Rages Beyond Joe and Cobra! Intercontinental Adventures: Factions in Action Vol. 2 gives a deep dive into three unaligned key factions in the G.I. JOE Roleplaying Game: The Arashikage ninja clan, the Dreadnok mercenary biker gang, and the Oktober Guard who defend Warsaw Pact countries! Each faction comes with new mechanics, statistics and contacts for its members, advice for GMs on creating faction-specific stories, and specialized faction equipment. Intercontinental Adventures: Factions in Action Vol. 2 requires the G.I. JOE Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook to use. The Cobra Codex Sourcebookis not required, but strongly recommended for those engaging in cartoon villainy.
