In the usually calm “empire of the Land of the Rising Sun” a wind of panic has suddenly taken the Emperor by surprise , his subjects, the cats and dogs, have run away! The wise Emperor, with the help of his servant the sheep, will have only one quest: to bring everyone back home, with their favorite treasured objects which they lost.
Beware because some foxes enter the dance to sow trouble...
