1830 belongs to the family of 18xx games and is about railway construction in eastern America. 2-7 players use their start-up capital to publicize railroad companies and to cover the game plan with railroad networks that should give them the highest possible profit. This new edition contains not only the classic 1830, but also an educational game, a simplified basic game and a scenario kit with many additional parts and an expanded game plan.
A correction sheet, which replaces 11 plates with printing errors, is available from the publisher.
